Farmers and Chefs Confer About Mainstreaming Kelp
Recently several members of the CT Chefs Association had the privilege of meeting with Anoushka Concepcion from the University of Connecticut Sea Grant program and the Connecticut kelp producers. They conferred about the kelp farming industry and the challenges of bringing kelp into the mainstream.
